Beneficiary Services

Annually the Board undertake to visit communities of Ngāti Tūwharetoa living around Aotearoa. We have also undertaken to run information days around the rohe, in Taupō and Taumarunui. Improving communications with our people is an area the Board are looking to develop, to date developments have been made as follows:

• Beneficiary database redeveloped
• Email surveys and txt messages sent to beneficiaries
• Surveying of beneficiaries
• Electronic and print pānui re-developed
• Website redeveloped
• Social networking
• Sites utilised
